Can Cartennas support a single location?
Yes. Cartennas supports individual service calls as well as recurring needs, multi-location programs, and nationwide projects.
Does Cartennas provide service nationwide?
Cartennas provides onsite IT support across all 50 states and Washington, DC, covering 5,115 service locations.
Can I request service without a subscription?
Yes. Flex supports on-demand service without a monthly subscription. Cartennas also offers recurring and custom multi-location programs.
Will I approve pricing before dispatch?
Yes. The applicable service pricing is confirmed before a technician is dispatched for an approved work order.
Are materials and replacement hardware included?
No. Technical labor is separate from materials, replacement parts, equipment, permits, lifts, and other project-specific costs unless the approved quote expressly includes them.
What information should I provide?
Provide the service location, work summary, equipment details, access requirements, preferred schedule, local contact, and any technical instructions or documentation relevant to the work.
Can Cartennas support multi-location projects?
Yes. Cartennas coordinates hardware rollouts, refreshes, installations, relocations, surveys, and other onsite work across distributed business locations.

Existing customers can use Advantage™ to create and track work orders and review service information for their organization.
